Ms. Roshanian is a trial and appellate attorney with over 20 years of experience. She has represented individuals and businesses in complex litigation matters, including in business disputes, employment law, wage and hour claims, real estate, and serious injury cases. In 2014, she opened her own practice to provide clients with a vigorous and effective approach to resolving disputes. Ms. Roshanian is committed to providing personal attention to each case and strives to advance client interests through diligent and competent efforts. She prides herself on using common sense and a business approach while tackling and resolving clients' legal battles. Ms. Roshanian also served as a Settlement Officer through the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Resolve Law LA Virtual MSC program for the (1) Personal Injury (PI) Hub cases; and (2) non-complex employment cases.

Before opening her own office, Ms. Roshanian represented employees in class action cases for product defect claims and cases involving wage and hour violations against Fortune 500 companies. She also defended long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing facilities and hospitals, from claims such as fraud, unfair business practices, professional negligence, elder abuse, statutory violations, and collections.

Ms. Roshanian holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature from California State University, Northridge and was awarded her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2002. She has received the Thompson Reuters "Super Lawyer" and "Rising Star" designation every year since 2013, an honor reserved for no more than 5% of lawyers. In 2013 and 2014, Ms. Roshanian was awarded the "Top Women Attorney" Award. She has been an active member of the California Employment Lawyer Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 2006, and the Consumer Attorneys of California since 2015. Ms. Roshanian is fluent in Farsi and conversant in Spanish.
